Making visiting your favorite restaurant just got more enticing this month, as the city is hosting Restaurant Week 2019 in Winchester, VA. This year’s Restaurant Week will take place from Monday, Feb. 18 through Saturday, Feb. 23, as plenty of businesses around the city will be offering special dishes for hungry customers. In fact, participating restaurants will be offering a full and unique three-course meal for $30 per person as part of the week.
