How to reset tire pressure light in my Honda?

Resetting the Tire Pressure Light in a Honda Vehicle
One day, you see that the TMPS light is on in your Honda. So, you stop by the local gas station or use the air compressor you have at home to make sure the tires are at the proper pressure. But for whatever reason, the light is still on. Chances are, you have to reset it manually.

Here’s how reset the tire pressure light in both new and old Honda vehicles.

Older Honda Models Tire Pressure Light Reset
Most older Honda vehicles utilize steering wheel buttons to reset the tire pressure light. Some Honda models have a TMPS button on the left side of the steering wheel: simply hold it until the warning light blinks twice and you’re done. Otherwise, you’ll have to use the steering wheel directional pad to navigate to the proper options.

Press the MENU button on your steering wheel
Select the Customize Settings option
Select the TMPS Calibration option
Select the Initialize option
Select Yes to rest complete the resetting process
Press the MENU button again to exit
Newer Honda Models Tire Pressure Light Reset
The process for resetting the tire pressure light varies a bit depending on whether the vehicle has a touchscreen or not. The starting point is a little different for the touchscreen and non-touchscreen versions, but the process is the same.

Select Settings option from the main menu
Select TMPS Calibration option
Select Calibrate option to complete resetting process
Tire Pressure Light Still on or Flashing?
