Candy Hill Campground

Established in 1979, The Candy Hill Campground is open year-round and offers 103 campsites for tent or RV campers. For the kids, Candy Hill offers playgrounds, a game room and a swimming pool. The campground also has conveniences such as paved roads, wireless internet and laundry machines.

Battle of Cedar Creek Campground

8950 Valley Pike, Middletown, VA

Named after the Civil War battle, the Battle of Cedar Creek Campground offers tent and RV camping for families. Explore paddleboarding, canoeing and fishing along the famous Cedar Creek. The campground also offers an indoor pavilion, horseshoes, as well as a swimming pool and playground for the kids. The Battle of Cedar Creek Campground is close to Belle Grove and the Cedar Creek Battlefield National History Park for interested campers.  

The Cove Campground

980 Cove Rd, Gore, VA

The Cove Campground spans across 3,000 mountain acres and encompasses three spring-fed lakes. The campground features 100 campsites for RVs and tent camping, as well as cabins and shelters to stay in. Throughout the large area, The Cove Campground has ATV and motorcycle trails, snow tubing, swimming, climbing, hiking, boating and fishing. There is also a rifle and pistol range on site.
