Available active safety technologies in Mazda vehicles

Mazda vehicles come equipped with a suite of active and passive safety features- the i-ACTIVSENSE®. The following are the standard active safety features-

Adaptive Front-Lighting System

This technology directs the headlights in the direction you turn. In addition, compared to halogen headlights, it covers a broader area. The auto-leveling feature also aids in maintaining light dispersion.

High-Beam Control

When a vehicle approaches at night, this feature will automatically switch between high and low beams. This, when combined with the Adaptive Front-lighting System, improves visibility.

Mazda Radar Cruise Control

This feature maintains the vehicle’s speed by using a radar to sense the speed and distance to the cars ahead. It will also modify the speed in response to changes in the speed of the vehicle in front of it.

Lane Departure Warning System

When you mistakenly exit the lane, this technology system will identify the lane lines on the road and send you a warning. It will recognize that you are exiting the lane by turning on the blinker.

Forward Obstruction Warning

This feature detects vehicles or other obstacles in front of your vehicle using a radar sensor. This feature will send out a visual and auditory alert if you get too close and a collision is detected.
