Honda’s Commitment to America:

Based on our strong commitment to our customers, we want to confirm that we are not making adjustments to our pricing at this time.
We want to give you some insight into Honda operations in the United States and how our 40+ year commitment to “build where we sell” benefits us both as we navigate these challenging times.

• Our U.S. plants build nearly two-thirds of the Honda and Acura vehicles sold here.
• We have deep roots in America with $25 billion in capital investment, $1.5 billion in R&D, and 12 manufacturing plants, including eight auto and engine plants.
• We recently invested another $1 billion on the retooling of our Ohio plants so we can build the vehicles of the future here. With flexible manufacturing, we can quickly respond to consumer demand with the ability to build ICE, hybrids and EV models, all on the same line.
• We are 100% compliant with USMCA policies, which means that even our vehicles assembled in Canada and Mexico have significant US-sourced content.
• Honda has 30,000 associates in the US, and our auto dealers provide another 92,000 jobs.
• Honda has consistently been a leader in the number of vehicles topping the Cars.com ‘American-Made Index’ since it began in 2006. Last year, nine of the top 20 spots were held by Honda and Acura models.
• In 2024, Honda purchased $30.97 billion from more than 600 American suppliers
• Beyond our production of automobiles, we build jets and powersports products in America.

Our longstanding commitment to investing in America positions us better than most automakers in this evolving business environment.  We plan to take advantage of our strengths and continue to build our business and achieve our original plan to grow sales by focusing on the customer.
